Who Am I?

Have you ever been stuck in a rut, wondering who you are and where you’ve been?  Has life just passed you by before you could even say “Jack”?

No matter what stage in life you are at, the most powerful question you can ask yourself is this:

“Who am I?”

This is a question I ask myself constantly, at least 20-30 times a day!

Why do I do this?  Because it is the answer to this question that determines how people and the world will treat us. It is the answer to this question that also determines how we will treat the world and the people in it.

So think about it… how do you respond?

Do you start talking about your career or your job?  Maybe you talk about your accolades or your trophies?  Or is it your degrees and your education that you speak about when responding to this question?

You see, it’s important to remember that YOU ARE NOT….

…Your job…

…Your career…

…Your accolades…

…Your trophies…

…Your degrees

…Your education…

…You are none of these things!

These are some of the things you have done or are currently doing.

Remember this:  Who you are is what you tell yourself you are.

From a cellular and neural level of the brain, you are constantly telling yourself who you are so I want you to ask yourself now and another 50 times a day, yes 50! 😃 Who am I?
