You may have the very best intentions of getting into shape; but without guidance, correct training and nutritional advice, this often leads to disappointment with little-to-no progress.

Depending on your needs and lifestyle, my personal training programs run in a variety of packages as well as one-off consults.

– Initial consult and assessment: This is where we discuss your training objectives, identify where you currently are and set achievable, results-driven goals. I set you up with the right tools and plans to get you from your current fitness and physical level, to your dream results.

– Nutritional audit and diet plan: Without a doubt, the single biggest hurdle standing in the way of physique transformations is the diet. I educate and show you how to implement the correct nutritional plan so that you can achieve your goals.  This will be reviewed and adjustments made, every 2-4 weeks.

– Training program: A fully personalised training program specific to your goals and health profile is prepared and reviewed every 4 weeks. Each program encompasses every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to get to your goals as efficiently as possible.

– Unlimited email / phone support: At any time during the program, reach out to me for support, guidance and advice.  I will also check in to ensure you are sticking to the plan and moving in the right direction to achieve your goals.

 

One-on-One Personal Training

Personal training and strength coaching is delivered from Jetts Applecross, Perth Australia. One-on-one training costs include free training programs and nutritional plans.
